New dance season, new goals, and of course… new dancewear! Ordering the correct attire is about more than just looking the part, it’s about ensuring your dancer can move with confidence, comfort, and safety in the studio.

The Dress Code at La Crete Community Dance has been specifically selected to ensure uniformity and simplicity. A reputable studio will enforce a Dress Code which defines the overall appearance of the student in terms of clothing and footwear. Not only does a Dress Code help develop the discipline necessary for performing arts, it actually provides a better learning experience for your child.

At the studio, the dance experience can be enriched when parents bring the experience full circle with a post-class conversation. The conversation can be based around one or multiple questions listed below. Asking dance questions will enhance the familial experience, and dancers will undoubtedly appreciate their parents’ interest and involvement in their activity and extracurricular.

With Fall Registration opening, one of the most common questions we receive is, “How many dance classes should I enroll my dancer in?” Kids’ schedules are more full than they have ever been, and it’s a natural first question.
